Chapter Presidents Council Meeting February 2023
This meeting is limited to ASTA chapter leadership and their guests.
Each chapter president needs to register themselves or have their official representative register by 11/14/2022. Registration should be completed even if the status of guests is unknown. Guests can be added later.
Registration Instructions
Chapter Presidents or their designee should select the “Chapter Representative” option to register.
Travel Advisor guests should choose the “Travel Advisor Guest (Double Occupancy)" option.
Non Travel Advisor guests over the age of 15 should choose the “Non-Industry Guest (Double Occupancy)” option.
If the guest is the third (or more) person over the age of 15 being added to a room, the “Additional Adult Guest (Triple Occupancy)” option should be chosen.
If the guest is a child (age 2-14 y/o), the “Child Attendee (Age 2-14 y/o) option should be chosen.
The prices noted cover the nights of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th.
Extensions need to be handled through Sandals Interline department once this is event is added to the travel advisor portal.
