About me
My story is simple. I became a Travel Advisor after having experienced the results from a "less than trained and experienced" agent that had planned a family cruise that my father funded. The issues that were experienced were the simple little things but they added up and created a lot of frustration for the first 3 days of our 10 day cruise. Once it was all cleared up and corrected, through the agents Host by the way, I started looking into becoming an agent myself. As I got deeper into the requirements I joined my Host Agency and started participating in ever bit of training I could get my hands on. Since my entry into this career I have achieved the top qualifications/certifications from every major cruise line, resort, and land-based supplier through their training programs. I have also achieved my ASTA VTA and CLIA CCC credentials within the past year.

My personal approach to creating a vacation plan for my clients is to find out what you want to experience from your trip and also learn about what your style, personal and travel, is and match you with the best options from the myriad of suppliers that are available. I don't focus on finding the lowest price as that has no value aside from being the cheapest. Instead, I take what your desired and wants are and then find the supplier(s) that offer the most value, which is what all of your wants and desires equate to be, and put it all together for the best possible price. As an Affiliate with a high-volume Host Agency and one of the top industry Consortia's I also have access to special perks and amenities programs that I pass on to each client for an even better value than the standard programs.

I specialize in a few select regions as they are some of the most beautiful and memorable places that you can ever experience. My favorite destination is the Last Frontier of Alaska and that is place that is best visited by a cruise vacation.

If you want to experience travel at its finest, I am your Advisor,
Why I love my job
I love being a travel professional because I love to see the expressions on peoples faces when you take their dream vacation ideas and show them that it can really happen and that it won't break the bank. There is nothing better than being able to create a vacation plan for a client that includes everything they want to experience plus the added perks, amenities and special offers that I can include for them to make that experience that much more unforgettable. I love it when my clients come back from travelling and the first question is, "do you have time to talk about our next trip?" You can't beat that.
Favorite Destinations
My all time favorite destination is Alaska and I cruise to the Last Frontier at least once every 2 years. I love Alaska because there is so much of it to see and every time that I visit there is always something new to the area, even in the port cities that are common, they are always evolving to make it that much more unforgettable. The best feature of every Alaska cruise that I have taken is the day spent just cruising through Glacier Bay National Park and being mesmerized by the grandeur of the Glaciers and the scenery. I also enjoy visiting Mexico and I have a overwhelming love for Europe (having been stationed in Germany for 14 years I have spent some time visiting and touring the region).
About my most memorable vacation
My most memorable vacation would be the time that I visited a small Spanish fishing village, Tossa de Mar, on the Costa Brava. This sleepy little village was abundant with deep history that dates back thousands of years and has also been the setting for some of the Silverscreen's most memorable movies. Walking the "Old City", which is contained within the original walls of the Castle, and visiting the small shops and eateries along the way left me with a desire to keep seeing the lesser known areas of any region that I visited. To this day I do not visit the famous cities or sites, I focus on the out of the way and often forgotten places as these truly reflect the area being visited.
