About my most memorable vacation
To date, my most memorable vacation has been the river cruise I took with my daughter (15 years old at the time). We cruised from Paris to Normandy. I knew it was a special time, but how special didn't hit me until the day Notre-Dame de Paris burned. As I was watching the tragedy unfold, I began to receive frantic tests from my daughter : "OMG, Notre Dame is on fire!", "Nooo! The spire just fell!", "Mom, I am so glad you took me to see it. "
That last text, made me smile. I shared something with her that she will never forget.
