A year ago, Feb 2020, I was getting excited to be going on my first international trip to Cape Town South Africa. In April, that trip was postponed. Four months later I decided to go through Beyond the Moon Travel and Susan to rebook my trip. After many cancellations and dealing with country closure we finally made it. Patience gets you to where you want to be. We had a wonderful time, but 2 days before our return Amsterdam closed off to South Africa. I can_`t even begin to tell you how great Susan was in helping a few stranded travelers make it home. I am so thankful for all she did. She was also the reason I was able to get a refund for flights I didn_`t use instead of vouchers from the airline. Beyond the Moon Travel and Susan is the way to go especially if traveling overseas.

My friends and I live in Germany and love to rent Harleys and visit the West Coast, USA. Susan has been organizing these trips for us since 2007 and does a wonderful job. Her attention to detail is perfect. She understands exactly what we are looking for every time, planning out the perfect route, which attractions to stop and see, along with great restaurant suggestions and really nice accommodations. We look forward to each new adventure that Susan plans for us!

Susanne was wonderful to work with! She coordinated a very complex trip for us to see Rome & Greece (coordinated our flights, a wonderful cruise, all our transportation and before and after hotels). Everything went perfect even with having to manage all the Covid restrictions and each Country_`s requirements. She set everything up including an App for our phones that put all the needed information at our fingertips. She was very patient answering all of our questions and went above and beyond to fix flights that got cancelled by the airline and put our trip in jeopardy. We are already in planning stages with her for our next vacation! We can_`t wait!

Susan organized the most wonderful European River Cruise for our Ancestry group last year. We arrived in Germany a few days early to meet with our newly found relatives. She coordinated the entire pre-cruise stay and then escorted us to Basel, Switzerland to board our AmaWaterways River cruise. She also accompanied us on the river cruise and was always available whenever we had a question. The cruise ended in Amsterdam, where Susan had 2 more days planned out for us as well. Sadly, a few of us caught the "virus" and ended up needing to stay in Amsterdam for a week longer. Susan organized the hotels for us, making sure that the hotel offered to help with medical needs. Since we were quarantining and not allowed to leave our rooms, she wanted to make sure we were well taken care of during our stay. I can't express enough how pleased and impressed I am with the work Susan put into our group vacation. With her knowledge and expertise, she goes above and beyond in all that she does, in order for her clients to be able to experience the perfect vacation. We will definitely work with Susan for all of our future travel needs.
