About me

I started my career in the travel industry as an avid traveler excited to explore the world at every opportunity! Through my many vacations I became an expert on the consumer aspect of travel from customer service to accommodations to finances associated with travel.

In order to improve my personal travel experiences, I started to do research on the travel industry. This initial hobby turned into a passion to help advance the travel industry having both a customer’s vantage points and professional knowledge.

It was then that I embarked upon the formal training to become a certified travel agent. I started my own travel agency, 1LoveTravel and have assisted many fellow travel enthusiasts to make some of their most treasured memories on the trips I coordinated for them.

I have recently had the honor of being appointed Membership Chairperson of the Delaware Valley Chapter of ASTA. In this role, I am now performing an integral role in political advocacy for travel for both consumers and agents. This role has opened a whole new perspective of the travel industry affirming me a wealth of knowledge to utilize with my own travel agency.

Other than my own continued life journeys, it is my greatest pleasure knowing I have assisted others to have lifelong cherished memories directly related to my assistance!

Why I love my job

My love of my role as a Travel Agent and Membership Chairperson of the Delaware Valley Chapter of ASTA stems from my personal life long zeal for travel! I daydreamed of other countries as a child and in my young adulthood I embarked upon my first trip as soon as I could save my pennies!

I have had many experiences as a traveler, both positive and negative. I have learned to navigate travel to gain the best experiences and value with optimal satisfactory outcomes.

Now equipped with the professional education and experience in ASTA, I have a full and well rounded inventory to provide clients with the best vacations of their lives!

Nothing brings me more satisfaction than receiving feedback from clients expressing how my assistance led them to the best travel experiences they have ever had.

Favorite Destinations

It’s somewhat difficult to pinpoint my favorite destinations as I have traveled extensively and have found great aspects to many places

However as of now, I would definitely rate the Caribbean, specifically Jamaica, as one of my all time favorite places to visit. Perhaps related to the fact it was my first Caribbean island I had the great fortune to visit. I fell in love with the people, the culture and the land almost instantly! So much so, I have lived there twice and plan to retire there!!

I have the great distinction and pleasure of hosting trips to Jamaica that are full of off the beaten path excursions that most visitors would never get the opportunity to experience without my many personal connections there.

I have also fallen in love with Dubai and Egypt. Aside from the stunning beauty and history, there is a sense of home coming when I venture there. I have had the pleasure of guiding and supporting many travelers who had trepidation of going to a Middle Eastern country towards beautiful experiences they treasure, many with requests to return!
