About me
I am a travel adviser that emphasizes great customer service. Valuable travel experiences should be created from time and money well spent, so I make an increased effort to accomplish this objective. As a result, an ordinary vacation turns into an enriching adventure that is full of fantastic, lifelong memories. I am constantly learning about various destinations and unique cultures, and I get just as excited to hear about your travel experiences as if I had experienced them myself!

Favorite Destinations
Immersing myself in a different culture and region of the world is what I love about traveling. Some of my favorite places are Hawaii, Italy, France and the UK.
About my most memorable vacation
Last summer I took a river cruise with Uniworld on France's Rhone River which sailed from Avignon to Lyon. This region in France is spectacular -- more than what I expected. You would love it!

Do NOT use this agency. They do not care to help you. We have had nothing but issues with them and when trying to get resolution, their answer is that it_`s not their fault and the customer is always wrong. Among the many different issues I_`ve had, my favorite parts are their VP telling me that how I feel is _`wrong_`, it is not uncommon for them to have to wait 8+ hours to speak to someone at Royal Caribbean (then why would you ever recommend that line_), and my ultimate favorite that I need to contact the cruise line to get my issue resolved even though I already told them that the cruise line wont talk to me because I _`have_` a travel agent (so basically, I get to call Royal Caribbean so that they can tell me to have my travel agent call who will then tell me to contact them myself so that I can go through this cycle endlessly. To top it all off, this agent booked a horrible room location for my in-laws (an obstructed balcony room basically as far away as possible from the elevators_stairs which was a huge problem as my mother-in-law has had her knees replaced and has a hard time walking, booked them on a post cruise tour where they had to eat lunchables since there was no food available. There are countless choices available to you, don_`t make the same mistake my family did!
