About me
After 25 years working in corporate international travel and project management, I decided to take a sabbatical. I was able to spend five years focusing on my personal goals, which included travel — and a lot of it. I quickly fell in love with discovering new destinations and immersing myself in the local culture. I knew that my next professional move would involve travel, and I wanted to share my passion with others.
As a travel agent, I specialize in booking:
River and Ocean Cruises — I can recommend customized cruise itineraries for my clients based on their personal interests, their lifestyle and their budget. I enjoy creating pre- and post-stay tours that allow my travelers to extend their vacations.
Multi-country Foreign Travel — I specialize in creating extensive tours that take into consideration everything from transfers and lodging to tours and meals. For example, I once booked a trip that included stops in Germany, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. I also once created a South Africa itinerary that took my travelers to Victoria Falls, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
I take pride in the fact that I take on a small client volume. I am able to dedicate a significant amount of time and energy into the trips I plan, which allows my travelers to enjoy valuable vacations where they can make the most of every moment. In many cases, I have personally visited the destinations that my clients are considering. If I have not been myself, I work directly with wholesalers to learn about the best opportunities and experiences in that destination. I make sure that I am an expert, and that I connect my travelers with the most valuable resources.
