RLX is by far the best travel agency I have ever used. Melissa Fail was very professional, but also extremely knowledgable about everything I wanted to know. She made the entire process easy for me and had everything I needed in order. From the moment I started planning the trip until I returned home I was stress free. She helped plan my off shore trips based on everything I wanted, and when in those countries everything was smooth without a single incident. I will never use anyone else and I highly recommend Melissa Fail to anyone whether a frequent or non frequent traveler. Thank You to RLX Travel Group for making my dreams of traveling out of the country for the first time come true. On April 14th my best friend and I left to go on a 7 day trip to Italy. Our trip started in Rome where we got to see the Vatican, Coliseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain etc... in 2days. On day 3 & 4 we went by First class on a Train to Florence we we got to learn more about Michelangelo and see The Statue of David and where he was buried. On our last two days we again traveled First Class on a train to Venice. OMG Venice is gorgeous!!! We got to experience high tide, see Murano Glass and experienced the Doges palace and of course ended our trip with a Gondola ride and a wonderful view of the famous red roof tops. I could go on and on about this amazing Trip but I would just suggest that you go and experience it yourself!!! I’ll post a few pictures after this!

Where to start.... Melissa Fail handled us (mostly me) & all of our questions with respect & patience. This was our 1st cruise & 1st real travel vacation since our honeymoon 14 yrs ago. We wanted to bring in my 50th birthday the right way. We booked our cruise through RLX Travel Group a year in advance pretty much.. throughout the year, whenever we had a question or concern about what we needed to do packing wise, passports, ports, gratuities, anything & everything you can think of we would email Melissa (or text) and she would answer our questions and not get frustrated with us asking so many questions. (I think I would have gotten a lil frustrated with this over a years time, lol) but she was very friendly every time, was very excited to help us plan our 1st cruise & kept us excited throughout the planning process. She seriously did everything for us, all the planning. We told her our price range at the time and she went from there. Later in the year I decided I wanted to upgrade our room & she handled that with excitement as well & went above and beyond what we were expecting. There's so much more I could say but all that's really important is that she did all the work for us, did the bookings, printed off all of our documents & made sure that we received everything in plenty of time. You will not find anyone more knowledgeable when it comes to cruises especially!! We will definitely be cruising again & will only go through her. My husband and I just got back from a fabulous 10 day trip through the Canadian Rockies via train on the Rocky Mountaineer and by motor coach. The whole trip was well organized thanks to our travel agent, Melissa Meredith Fail. She organized all of our transfers to and from the airports, hotels in each town and all the extra excursions in each area. Everything was taken care of. Melissa at RLX Travel Group was amazing to work with. My husband and I decided to use a travel agent to book and plan our honeymoon so we didn_`t have to worry about a thing. After doing some research on the best travel agents we stumbled upon Melissa. After our first phone call with Melissa we both knew that we had to use her. She was so personable and wanted to make sure she really booked a trip that highlighted everything we wanted to do and she did just that. She put a lot of time and thought into different locations that offered everything we wanted. She arranged different tours for us to take and aligned everything up so that all we had to do was show up. While on our honeymoon our original tour got cancelled the night before we were supposed to go and Melissa called us right away and worked very hard finding a different tour for us to go on. She really stepped above and beyond making sure we were still able to go somewhere rather than just saying that she was sorry we weren_`t able to go like other travel agents would have. It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and RLX Travel Group. We have referred her to our friends and will continue to use her in the future!

Within a week after contacting Melissa Fail, she had put together a quote for me and my husband for our cruise to Alaska that we thought was very reasonable compared to others we had looked at. We contacted her in May and she had us on the Star Princess cruise ship with a balcony the following August! She listened to our requests and expertly planned our trip - booking our cruise and flights, pre-arranging all of our ground transportation, booking our hotel, and taking care of purchasing travel insurance for us. She quickly answered all our emails even after the trip had been booked and paid for. Prior to leaving on our cruise, she sent us a package containing all of our travel documents (plane tickets, ship boarding passes, transportation tickets, hotel confirmation, cruise itinerary, etc.) and a few extra helpful things like maps, luggage tags, and a pouch to hold our travel documents. Our travel documents had her hand-written notes_tips as she took care to make sure we were informed of everything we needed to know. Our trip was smooth and wonderful thanks to Melissa’s special expert planning. She even had me to email copies of our passports to her ahead of time to make boarding the ship faster. That came in handy as I ended up using that emailed copy of my passport to purchase a fishing license on an excursion in Alaska. We recommend Melissa Fail and RLX Travel Group, LLC and will definitely contact Melissa in the future for our travel needs.

I found Melissa on an internet search for a travel agent. She is very professional and prompt. I love that her and her husband are veterans. I would highly recommend her to book you travel needs. Once you decide on a trip, she does the rest in a timely matter.

Melissa helped a group of 12 of us plan our cruise with Royal Caribbean. She made our planning and preparations so easy and seamless. She helped with everything from excursion bookings, to arranging our rooms next to one another, our dinner times and paperwork processing. It was so nice to be able to just shoot over an email to her when we needed help, rather than go through the cruise line and wait on hold and then eventually speak to someone who knew nothing about our vacation. I can’t speak highly enough about Melissa. She was amazing and we’ll definitely be using her again!

My trip ended up being cancelled due to COVID-19, but Melissa offered good suggestions and made the process painless. If you want a first-class experience, then RLX-Travel is a great choice.
