About me
I became a travel agent because travel has been so very important to me, and to our family, over the years. When I look back at our lives and the years while our children were growing up, it is the times that we have traveled together that are the memories I cherish most. There is nothing that draws a family closer than 'vacating' their everyday lives and getting away together. In my business I have the opportunity to encourage clients to make an investment in their family and take an adventure together!!!

Over the years our own family has been incredibly blessed to experience the world together ... we've stood atop the Eiffel Tower as we celebrated our daughter's dream come true. We have cheered on the beach in Oregon celebrating our son's accomplishment as he completed a 3800 mile bike ride across the United States. We've cuddled together under wool blankets on the deck of a cruise ship as we marveled at Alaskan glaciers calving into the sea. We have stood in awe as we looked up at the Redwoods and beheld the oldest living things on our planet. And we have cried at the magnificent beauty of the Swiss Alps. We've spent a perfect day on an Llama farm in Norway. We've watched the sun slowly set over the water on the white sand beaches of Jamaica. And we've cruised past windmills and castles along the romantic Rhine River.

I enjoy helping others experience the joy, the wonder and the excitement of traveling with those they love! I want to help them create memories that they will cherish for a lifetime! And, as an agent and owner of my own agency, I am blessed to be able to do that every day!
Why I love my job

Favorite Destinations
My favorite destination of all is Switzerland! I love the majestic Alps, the crystal blue lakes, the rolling green hills and the beautiful old cities. There is a tiny village nestled high up in the Alps called Gimmelwald, and I left a piece of my heart there!!! There is a saying that says "If Heaven's not all it's cracked up to be, send me back to Gimmelwald!" And that about sums it up!! I also love Norway. I love the long, beautiful fjords and the tiny villages nestled at the foot of the mountains overlooking the water. I love the way the mist rolls down over the mountains and blankets the villages. I love the way the mountains fall into the fjord. And, finally, I love Alaska!! There is something so wild and rugged and beautiful about that place. We've been blessed to travel there several times, and I always look forward to our next visit.
About my most memorable vacation
I think my most memorable vacation was our first trip to Switzerland. My husband planned the trip as a surprise for our anniversary. He knew I had always wanted to visit Switzerland, ever since reading "Heidi" as a little girl. He planned the entire trip as a surprise. And it was one of those times in life when something actually lives up to - and exceeds! - all of your dreams and expectations. Switzerland is a truly gorgeous destination and will always hold a special place in my heart!
