About me

Do you like being heard when you tell someone what you want on a vacation? Do you want to give an agent a budget and not have to worry about them going over it? Did you book with an online travel agency and couldn't get in touch with them when Covid hit? That didn't happen to our clients. Our clients were able to reach us and we were able to save them thousands of dollars by advising them not to cancel travel until the suppliers did so they were eligible for refunds.

When you contact us, we send a questionnaire asking what you want, what you don`t want and what you expect during your trip. I need to know these things to find the right vacation for you. Too many agents are only order takers and not dream makers. You save a long time for your trip - let me make it everything you have your heart set on. I am also a Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) with ASTA and have completed legal and ethics courses.

Why I love my job

There is nothing better than spending time creating the perfect trip and having clients come back and say they loved it. I love planning and researching itineraries to make sure you are satisfied. I love sharing my travel experiences to make you think outside the box and say "Hey, I want to go there". And I like knowing our travelers have ME to contact if there are any problems so I can fix it for you while you are traveling.

And I was happy to help our clients during the Covid 19 pandemic. We were able to get credits for non-refundable deposits and even refunds in some cases based on our relationships with suppliers.

Favorite Destinations

Our Safari to Africa was awe-inspiring! Sitting quietly in a safari truck and seeing an elephant in the wild walk up to the truck and look is right in the eye is something I will never forget. In one of the lodges, we were being escorted back to our room from a restaurant and our guide suddenly stopped and had us stand behind him. He turned on his flashlight and we were right in front of a beautiful giraffe! These are cherished memories of a wonderful trip.

About my most memorable vacation

We traveled to Africa on a safari, to Peru to see Machu Picchu, Iceland to see the unusual terrain, Alaska to look for the Northern Lights and China in 2017. And some exploring of Charleston and Savannah! The best way to make YOUR trip better is for us to experience what you will.


St Thomas By Ms. Helen Prochilo Maley, VTA on 49 20, 2018 I've booked a number of trips W/Helen starting with a trip to St Thomas that was perfect in every way .We have booked a cruise with her that went off without a hitch. Our latest trip is to Paris and are looking forward to this trip more than we can express in this review>But I'm sure it will be a trip of a life time It short Helen is a great travel agent and I highly recommend her.

She was attentive to the difficulty of booking a large family vacation with over 30 travelers. I trusted her advise regarding which condos to rent and she was spot on. The rooms were great and the beach across the street was great for families with easy access.

My flights and entire trip to in and from Iceland was seamless and wonderful. The COVID-19 test to return was a snap because they came to us. Her flight recommendations proved to be better than I could have imagined because her suggestions worked out better than with the air providers that I was previously comfortable with. I’m 61 and have been traveling the world since I was 11. Definitely a 5 star performance.
