About me
Learning is a part of my DNA and as an advisor I am focused on building knowledge that will ensure my clients have that once in a lifetime experience. I hold the following certifications in the industry: Verified Travel Advisor, Elite Cruise Counsel, Luxury Travel Specialist and Certified Travel Counselor. I also travel 4-5 times a year to see destinations for myself and understand the nuances of each journey.
Why I love my job
Travel is an essential part of life. Most of us are drawn to the next new experience that will inspire us, change us, grow us, challenge us, renew us. The world is smaller than ever before and travel is no longer only available to the few. I love being the expert that helps with the planning process so that your focus can be on the journey and not the clutter.
Favorite Destinations
Italy was so much more than I had imagined. From the art, to vineyard filled rolling hills, to ancient historical sites, my heart was filled with the remnants of history all around me. I wish everyone could see the beauty of this amazing destination.
About my most memorable vacation
A simple cruise up the Norwegian Coast became my most memorable vacation after conquering the Pulpit Rock hiking trail and standing atop the "world". Then, on a second day during that same trip, a simple walk through a fjord valley led to a heard of sheep deciding I must be their shepherd. They came down from the rocky ledges above and walked with me through the lovely mountainlike landscape and along a bubbling creek. They were adorable, and I was in love. Moments like this can only happen if you step outside of your normal and experience the world. A photo of me and my sheep still sits on my desk so I can remember the reason we travel.
