About my most memorable vacation
I recently return from Dubai and Thailand. Combining these two destinations allowed me to experience spectacular diversity and amazing beauty. I landed in Dubai and experience the grandeur of the Taj Dubai, with stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and magical dancing fountain. The hospitality of the staff at the Taj Dubai was outstanding. I was spoiled beyond measure. Breakfast on the terrace with an amazing view provided such an awesome start to my visit. I reserved the Club Level Suite as an extra layer of loveliness. It exceeded my expectation and offered a complimentary cocktail reception as well as high tea. But I'm an adventure girl, so it was off for a Desert Safari tour and Camel Ride!! I visited Old Dubai and enjoy learning the history of the city. I return just in time for the club level reception and reminisced over orderves and wine. Soon, I was off to Thailand. Phuket was a bucket list check for me! I dreamt of Phuket for many years and was overwhelmed to be there. I have never experienced water this warm anywhere in the world. I reserved a tour that began pre sunrise and I visited Phi Phi island, Viking Cave, Loh Samah Bay and Monkey Beach. Jumping from the boat at Pileh Lagoon, was incredible and exciting for me! On to Bangkok, with it's Temples, and Royal Palaces, and Royal Summer Homes providing the historical importance that I crave. The food in Thailand was fresh and so unexpectedly mild! I was expecting something different having experienced the US version of Thai cuisine. If you never have a massage anywhere in the world, you must have one here! For the equivalent of $10 USD you can have an hour of the most relaxation on the planet! Take my advice and have several while you are there. I did!! It's Incredible! I will return to Thailand soon! That's the thing about travel, you get a taste and you always want more. You only live one! (YOLO)
