A: Think of a FAM + Conference combined. ASTA's Latin America Showcases are a fusion of immersive in-person experience, educational training on destination knowledge, and your gateway to new connections.

Q: How do I register a colleague or guest?
A: If you are planning on traveling with a guest, you will need to register at the Double Occupancy rate. You can indicate who your guest is through the registration process and the necessary details we need from them. You will not need to register your guest separately.

ASTA is committed to providing all attendees with a safe experience during our in-person events. As of October 1st, 2021, ASTA requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to attend our events or a negative COVID-19 PCR test 72 hours prior to the start of the event. A: The dress code for events taking place during the days is business casual with comfortable shoes. All sightseeing activities are casual dress with comfortable walking shoes.
