By registering for an ASTA Event, attendees will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by ASTA. Non-members can register for an additional $199 which includes 1-year ASTA membership.

*Double Occupancy Registrants: You will need to indicate who you will be rooming with during the registration process.
**Guest registrants must be accompanied by a paying travel advisor. Guests will ONLY have access to the shared lodging and complimentary transfers from airport to hotel.

Cancellations Policy

November 30: Full Refund
December 1 to January 31: 50% of full registration fee refunded per person.
February 1 to March 31: $25.00 cancellation fee per person.
On/After April 1: No refund  
Registration transfer: $25.00
