By registering for an ASTA Event, attendees will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by ASTA.
Q: What is ASTA Destination Showcase and where will it be taking place?
A: Think of a FAM + Conference combined. ASTA's Caribbean Showcase is a fusion of immersive in-person experience, educational training on destination knowledge, and your gateway to new connections.
- Destination: Sandals Royal Bahamian, Nassau, Bahamas. All meetings will take place at our host hotel and venue, the Sandals Royal Bahamian.
- Dates: September 11-14, 2022

- In addition to learning all about Sandals properties, attendees will gain expert knowledge through sessions on: Marketing & Managing Group Weddings, Destination Training, Caribbean Partners and Suppliers.

Access: Visit one of the many Sandals suppliers and surrounding area during our dedicated trade show and B2B appointment sessions.
- Trade show will include the top tour companies, cruise lines and airlines that service the Bahamas and Caribbean, as well as local tourism authorities from neighboring islands.
Q: How do I register a colleague or guest?
A: It is easy. To register a colleague use the 'Register Someone Else' button. When you use this button and you need to cancel your registration, your colleague's registration will remain. To register a guest, click the 'Add a guest' link. If you need to cancel your registration, your guest's registration will also be cancelled. *Please note: Since Sandals is a couples resort, there are no rooms available with double beds. All rooms booked will have one king bed.

Q: Which airport would you recommend flying into?
A: Flying into Nassau, Bahamas Airport (NAS) and proceed to the Sandals Lounge where private transfers are complimentary
Q: What is the typical weather like in Nassau in September?
A: Daily high temperatures are around 88°F, rarely falling below 84°F or exceeding 92°F. Daily low temperatures are around 78°F, rarely falling below 74°F or exceeding 82°F.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: The dress code for events taking place during the days is resort casual with comfortable shoes. All sightseeing activities are casual dress with comfortable walking shoes.
ASTA is committed to providing all attendees with a safe experience during our in-person events. As of October 1st, 2021, ASTA requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to attend our events or a negative COVID-19 PCR test 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
