Carina Reidt

Global Account Director, Marriott International

Carina Reidt is a Global Account Director for Marriott International overlooking the travel industry segment. A 20-year hotel industry veteran started her career back in 2001 at the JW Marriott Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her hospitality career began in Rio de Janeiro, after earning a degree in Business Management and Hospitality Management from the Catholic University, Rio de Janeiro.

Carina has held multiple positions in hospitality from Operations to Sales. In 2008 she joined The St. Regis Bal Harbour and W South Beach complex team in Miami where she led the leisure sales and strategy for the International market for both properties. Carina has grown in her career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from managing a top performing market, to joining the Starwood Global Luxury Sales Team overseeing 400+ St. Regis, Luxury Collection and W hotels.

In 2017 Carina returned to Marriott International joining the Global Sales Organization where she is handling Marriott’s premium hotels’ sales, strategy, and travel industry hotel programs for the West Coast Region.

Carina recently relocated to the San Francisco area, where she lives with her husband Michael and their two children, Noah and Mia.
