By registering for an ASTA Event, attendees will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by ASTA.


ASTA Travel Advisor Premium Members
Registration for Premium Member Travel Agency Owners and Managers is complimentary but required. We encourage you to bring members of your executive leadership team. Premium Member companies may bring up to two (2) individuals for free.

ASTA Travel Advisor Premium Members – Additional Employees
Note: Premium Member Companies may bring two (2) company employees as a complimentary guest. This rate is for those bringing more than two additional employees.

Registration Refund Policy For Cancellations Received: 

On/Before May 1, 2021: $25 cancellation fee per person. Or, full refund with registration transfer to another ASTA product or event. 
May 2 – September 1, 2021: 50% of full registration fee refunded per person. Or, full refund with registration transfer to another ASTA product or event.
On/After September 2, 2021: No refund. 
Registration Transfer: $25.00
