ASTA Operational Excellence Program - Group 1
This Program is set-up so that only ASTA staff can enroll someone.
Participants who enroll and give full payment are committing to participate in the 2020 Operational Excellence Through Benchmarking Program and commit to attend the two scheduled meetings in 2020. You also permit ASTA to bill your credit card in the amount of $250 for the first deposit.
Program roles/responsibilities:
- Corey – Participant POC (help to manage payment for all participants // help drive calls if/when necessary to prospects // help with communicating items if/when needed to participants)
- Christina – Membership Liaison
- Mark – Program POC / Logistics and Marketing Support
