About the program
There are all kinds of industry certifications in the travel industry. All of which are very valuable and attest to hard work and determination. The ASTA Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) certification program lets the travel industry and the consumer know that advisor is one of unparalleled knowledge, professionalism, and ethical boundaries beyond reproach. How to enroll?
To start the enrollment, click the 'Enroll' button above. Sign-in or create an account. Click the program name hyperlink to view the programs requirements. Then select teal 'Enroll' button.
Fill out your enrollment PDF application and pay your enrollment fee. You will receive access to your nine certification courses 24-hours after you application and payment has been processed.

Enrollment Fees:
$399 for ASTA Travel Advisor Members
$627 for Non-Member Independent Travel Advisor (includes ASTA membership for one year)
$789 for Non-Member Travel Advisor (includes ASTA agency membership for one year)
$179 for Verified Travel Advisor Recertification* - Continuing Education (ASTA membership is required)
*To maintain your certification, you will need to recertify every two years. Recertification requires that you be an ASTA member and complete two CEU requirements.
How to complete and earn your certification?
To receive your VTA, you will need to complete nine courses. See the list of courses and read more about the program. Once you finish your course, you record your completion by uploading your course certificates into your VTA portal. To upload, click the course hyperlinked name. You course will not appear as 'earned' until after it is approved by association staff.
When your complete all necessary requirements, your certification is earned!
