About my most memorable vacation
While my trips to Europe hold many great memories, the vacation that always stays on my mind is my first Caribbean cruise. It took years of convincing for me to try my first cruise, but once I did I knew this was the vacation for me. We sailed in December to enjoy the holidays with our family. I still remember pulling away from the pier and watching the snow fall! Two days later we were enjoying the snorkeling in Cozumel, Mexico. The ship, small by today’s standards, seemed like a floating city with all the dining and entertainment options. From the excellent service from the smiling crew members, to the fantastic food and nightlife, to relaxing on deck under the stars, I knew this was something I would want to do again and again. Over time cruising would take me to Mexico, the Caribbean, Alaska, Bermuda, and Europe.
