Kellyn is an amazing travel professional. We first used her to complete a trip to Spain that I had already started on. She finessed some intra-country travel, and curated some fun cultural, dining and immersive experiences in each city that we would have never done on our own. We then used her for an Alaskan cruise which unfortunately had a bad start due to United Airlines problems. Kellyn got us situated in the next port town with travel, hotel, dinner reservations, a gifted wine and cheese tray, etc. She was also a fierce and effective advocate for us in helping us with later reimbursements with the cruise line and airline. Lastly we are in the process of planning a family trip to Japan with Kellyn. I just received her proposal and can_`t tell you how excited I am! She read me perfectly in terms of what I want for this trip.....a mix of modern sights and traditional Japan, city and country. She_`s found some interesting experiences for the family, a great mix of hotel styles, and most important to me (it stress me so), all the transportation throughout the country lined up. Kellyn_`s passion for travel shines through in her work!

Kellyn is truly amazing at what she does! I have never used a travel agency or agent before but I am glad I was referred to her. Everything from consulting, planning, advising, and most importantly listening to her clients...five stars across the board!

I cannot agree more with other reviewers, that Kellyn is truly amazing!! It is obvious that her work is not only a job to her, but a true passion. She planned our trip as if she was the one going...i.e. meticulous, thoughtful and one of a kind!! She tailored our trip to our wants and needs, providing so many choices and suggestions. Her patience while planning the perfect itinerary (on our set budget) was amazing and a rare find these days. Right from the start, Kellyn was incredibly receptive to all of my input. I had already booked out flights for a last minute, whirlwind Christmas trip to Thailand (using miles) and really needed the help and expertise of someone such as Kellyn to fill in the rest. The trip was also doubling as a birthday present_trip for my daughter who would be turning 16 on the day we flew out! Kellyn (unbeknownst to us) planned several very special surprises for our birthday girl...a beautiful and personal touch! She was able to find us amazing hotels and activities, all while staying in our optimal budget range. She provided us with so many wonderful options for activities_excursions at each location. Many of which were very intimate in nature (not part of a huge tourist group). Working full time, I didn_`t have the spare time to sit online at home doing all of that research and planning (and I normally LOVE doing that sort of thing!) Kellyn took the time to LISTEN to exactly what we were looking for, taking in all of the uniqueness of _`us_` and what we_`d like to do and see. Having her on our team, knowing that our trip was in such great hands, was comforting and a load off of my shoulders. All of the confirmations, pre-departure information, documents and tips_tricks were clearly and timely delivered. Everything went smoothly from the time we left until we returned home, albeit exhausted, but so satisfied from our incredible vacation!! I cannot wait for our next adventure and to have Kellyn as our travel advisor to work her magic yet again!!!

I honestly can_`t say enough about Kellyn and Summit and Horizon Travel. We went on a month long trip through Europe and it was a perfect trip. After meeting with Kellyn for the first time she took into consideration what type of trip we wanted to plan, what our budget was, and what our interests were while on vacation. She went above and beyond every expectation we had discussed with her. We came in under budget, had amazing and unique hotels with breathtaking views. All of our transportation was set up for us in advance ensuring no confusion when landing in a foreign country. The unique experiences, like staying in a castle over looking a vineyard, or having a personal photo shoot in Venice and taking a gondola ride, took our breath away at every turn. Kellyn has a vast amount of knowledge on every region we visited and it was clear she did a lot of research to ensure we had the best experience possible. We will be planning all of future trips with Summit and Horizon Travel and can_`t wait to plan our next adventure.
