Tami Brown 

Tami Brown joined Direct Travel in 2017 and is Direct Travel's Executive Vice President, Human Resources, providing executive strategy and oversight for the organization's human resources initiatives.  This includes overseeing the compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, development, performance management and payroll. 

Tami has over 30 years of HR experiences in various companies and industries such as American Express, GE, Entrust and Teleflex serving in a variety of human resources leadership roles. Her passion is around optimizing the employee experience to attract and retain talent and develop their full potential to perform. Tami has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
